1 Introduction
Jiangsu Dewei New Materials Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of polymer materials for cables. In order to meet the rapid growth of China's wire and cable industry and the demand for cable materials, Jiangsu Dewei New Materials Co., Ltd. invested in the expansion of an annual output of 10,000 tons of polyethylene cross-linked cable materials, 6,000 tons of semi-conductive shielding materials, and 2,000 tons of automotive wire materials in Taicang Port Development Zone. The project covers an area of 33,300 m2, with a green area of 8,658 m2, the company is adjacent to Huasu Road in the north, Xinghai Company in the west, vacant land in the south, and Yonghui Technology Company in the east. The specific geographical location is shown in Figure 1, and the surrounding environment of the plant is shown in Figure 2.
The EIA report of this project was completed by Jiangsu Jiuli Consulting Co., Ltd. in November 2008, and the approval opinion was issued by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau in December 2008 (Su Huanjian [2008] No. 544), and the EIA revision report was completed by Nanjing Kehong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in May 2015, and the approval opinion was issued by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau in June 2015 (Su Huanjian [2015] No. 100). The project was approved by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau in June 2015 to start trial production (Su Huan Test [2015] No. 113), Jiangsu Dewei New Materials Co., Ltd. commissioned the Suzhou Environmental Monitoring Center on August 27, 2015 to carry out acceptance monitoring of the project, Suzhou Environmental Monitoring Center conducted an on-site survey on November 5, 2015, verified the relevant information provided by the project party, and prepared the "River" according to the relevant provisions of the acceptance monitoring and the on-site survey SDW New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 18,000 tons of new environmental protection cable products construction project environmental protection facilities completion acceptance monitoring program", February 25-26, 2016 on-site acceptance monitoring of the company, according to the results of on-site acceptance monitoring, the preparation of construction project environmental protection facilities completion acceptance monitoring report.
